Overview

Laserfiche is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineering Manager to lead and optimize our EMEA pre-sales team. In this role, you will oversee technical professionals across various career paths, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic business goals. You will play a crucial role in managing high-impact implementation projects, reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), and resolving escalations while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Lead and manage the EMEA pre-sales engineering team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-years of work experience in a software or professional services company.
• Minimum 5-years’ experience managing high performing teams.
• Minimum 3-years of project management experience.
• Minimum 2-years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Languages: C2 (Proficiency) in English and German.
