Overview

We’re looking for a Principal Designer who can bring world-class craft, taste, and design excellence to our logged out site experiences.

In Short

• Lead the design of our laravel.com and related properties in partnership with Marketing.
• Own the user experience end-to-end, crafting highly interactive, elegant interfaces.
• Create reusable, high-performing components based on experiment results.
• Monitor experiment outcomes and iterate designs based on performance data.
• Evolve our design patterns to scale learnings across multiple page variants.

Requirements

• Experience in design with a focus on user experience.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles.
• Ability to create high-performance web components.
• Experience with iterative design based on data.
