Overview

The Director of Strategy & Operations will support Lantern's Revenue Operations team in developing and executing the Commercial Annual Plan to drive growth and achieve financial objectives.

In Short

  • Support Commercial Leadership in developing growth strategies for ACV and revenue.
  • Manage compensation for all Commercial roles, including plan documents and training.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Analytics to set Commercial OKRs and KPIs.
  • Utilize analytical skills to uncover root causes of Commercial outcomes.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment focusing on execution and celebrating wins.
  • Commit to a diverse and inclusive team culture.
  • Maintain integrity and truthfulness in decision-making.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in healthcare or digital health is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field.
  • 8-12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Business Operations.
  • 3+ years leading Sales Compensation Design and Management.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, employer benefits, or digital health is a plus.
