Overview

The Director of ABX/ABM will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, driving personalized engagement with high-value accounts. This leader will develop and execute a comprehensive ABX strategy, fostering collaboration across marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver a seamless, high-impact account experience.

In Short

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Lantern’s ABX programs.
  • Develop tailored account-based campaigns to engage decision-makers.
  • Use data-driven insights to segment and prioritize target accounts.
  • Act as the key liaison between marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to identify target accounts.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team for seamless integration.
  • Present strategies and insights to C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and design to tailor assets.
  • Implement an ABX tool in partnership with marketing and sales operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years leading ABM/ABX programs.
  • Proven ability to design and execute ABX strategies for Fortune 500.
  • Deep understanding of account segmentation and messaging personalization.
  • Baseline knowledge of demand generation tactics.
  • Proficiency with ABM/ABX platforms like 6sense, Demandbase.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
