Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in finance operations or similar roles.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power Query.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Process-improvement mindset and comfort with AI/tools.
• Experience with reconciliations and financial controls.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
• Experience in fast-moving, international environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with finance tools like Xero, Pleo, or Wise is advantageous.
