Requirements

• 6+ years in a management role at a high-growth tech company.
• 10+ years in software engineering, focusing on large-scale systems.
• Proven record of leading engineering teams on mission-critical infrastructure.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on empathy and trust.
• Strong customer-facing skills including pre-sales and incident management.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and cloud orchestration.
• Experience managing long-term projects alongside urgent priorities.
• Collaboration experience with product and sales teams.
• Ability to understand and structure Python and Go applications.
