Overview

The Cloud Support Engineer I will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for resolving incoming support requests and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical troubleshooting.

  • Be the first point of contact for technical support questions.
  • Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and Lambda Stack issues.
  • Accurately triage and escalate tickets.
  • Assist with initial incident response and identify patterns.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Linux, preferably Ubuntu.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Familiarity with GPU hardware or workloads.
