IT Manager, SAP Materials Management - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking an IT Manager, SAP Materials Management to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and leverage your SAP configuration expertise to enhance Lakeshore’s supply chain processes.

In Short

• Provide technical leadership in SAP Materials Management.
• Enhance supply chain processes through SAP configuration.
• Collaborate with internal IT associates and business users.
• Transform business requirements into functional specifications.
• Manage SAP integrations and support troubleshooting.
• Conduct unit and integration testing.
• Train and coach IT and business team members.
• Drive implementation of SAP standards and best practices.
• Lead projects and upgrades related to SAP.
• Focus on continuous improvement of existing processes.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience with at least 1 year in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience with end-to-end greenfield implementation.
• 2 years of support experience in a production SAP environment.
• Strong SAP MM experience and configuration skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to lead and coach direct reports.
• IBP and TM experience is a plus.
