Overview

We are seeking a professional Appointment Setter to join our team and directly support our sales operations in the Texas energy sector.

In Short

• Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Manage, update, and maintain accurate data within GoHighLevel CRM.
• Follow up with warm leads to increase conversion rates.
• Send reminders to minimize no-shows and confirm attendance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient lead handoffs.
• Provide basic customer support via phone (if strong English proficiency).

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (minimal accent).
• Experience in appointment setting or sales support.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, especially GoHighLevel.
• Ability to work within a set schedule (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CT).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
