In Short

• Provide 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using ABA techniques.
• Assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills.
• Utilize company-provided iPad for data collection.
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and training.
• Comply with company policies and mandatory reporting.
• Provide ongoing training and support to clinical staff.
• Track student progress and ensure IEP objectives are met.
• Demonstrate competency in scheduling appointments.
• Collaborate with IEP team members.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain RBT certification or state ABA licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science.
• Experience in behavior modification intervention services.
• Pass background checks and TB tests.
• Availability Monday through Friday from 8am - 7pm.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Preferred knowledge of Apple iPad and Google Suite.
• Minimum 2 years experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
