Your mission will be to collaborate in optimizing and improving operational tools, addressing the needs of managers, implementing effective solutions, monitoring performance, and providing training and support to ensure efficient use and optimal functionality.

In Short

• Analyze the needs of FA managers to understand their difficulties with operational systems and tools.
• Develop and implement solutions based on identified needs.
• Provide training and support for new systems or tools.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of systems/tools used in FA.
• Act as a liaison between FA and other departments involved in system/tool development.
• Document processes, problems, and solutions related to systems and tools.
• Follow industry trends and new technologies to propose improvements.

Requirements

• Residence in Madrid.
• Knowledge of internal tool: Delfin.
• Understanding of internal procedures.
• Minimum 1 year experience as FA Manager.
• Advanced skills in Office Suite.
• Problem-solving, cooperation, material creation, and analysis skills.
