Specialist – Study Site Management - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Research professional will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of S+N sponsored studies, ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulations, while managing site and regional vendor activities.

In Short

• Coordinate all site management activities from selection to closure.
• Ensure successful execution of studies at the site level.
• Act as the primary point of contact for study sites and regional vendors.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Create regional study documentation such as protocols and regulatory documents.
• Conduct site training and compliance reviews.
• Utilize study management systems for data oversight.
• Support budget planning and payments.
• Travel requirements include up to 25% domestic and international travel.
• Education and experience requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science plus 2 years' experience or Master of Science plus 1 year experience.
• Qualification in scientific or clinical subject.
• GCP certification preferred.
• Strong oral and written English skills.
• Understanding of customer and business needs.
• Ability to handle moderate projects and resolve issues.
• Developing knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
