Legal Manager (0-2 PQE) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and commercially minded Legal Manager (0–2 PQE) to join our lean but dynamic Legal team. You will work closely with the VP Legal and cross-functional teams to support the company’s growth while ensuring legal, regulatory, and reputational risks are well managed.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across markets.
• Help manage corporate governance matters.
• Assist with legal operations and contract lifecycle management.
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal guidance notes.
• Monitor regulatory developments in key markets.
• Liaise with external counsel on discrete matters.
• Support special projects such as market entry and licensing applications.

Requirements

• Law degree from a reputable university and admission to practice in Singapore.
• 0–2 years PQE in private practice or in-house legal teams.
• Demonstrated interest in fintech or startup environments.
• Strong contract drafting and legal analytical skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
