HR Analytics Assistant Manager - Remote

Overview

We're looking for an HR Analytics Assistant Manager to support the HR Systems & Analytics Lead in building and maintaining our people analytics capabilities. You'll be a key partner to our HR teams, helping them leverage data to make informed decisions and improve our workforce strategies. This hands-on role requires a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

In Short

• Map out all HR data and develop data pipelines to integrate various HR data sources.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data by performing regular audits and data cleansing activities.
• Help maintain and optimize the HR systems that feed our analytics function.
• Design and build self-service dashboards for leadership and HR teams.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and predict future needs.
• Develop and generate routine and ad-hoc reports on HR performance.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in HR processes.
• Partner with HR teams to implement new, data-driven improvements.
• Assist in creating documentation and user guides for new dashboards.
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a People Analytics role.
• Experience with programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Prior experience in building a central HR data repository.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with data management and ensuring data quality.
• Exposure to AI tools and their application in HR analytics.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
