Overview

As a fully remote company, Kraken is looking for a Sales Manager for the LATAM region to support institutional sales efforts, drive client growth, and expand the business within the crypto sector.

In Short

  • Support institutional sales across LATAM and drive client growth.
  • Generate and pursue client leads and assist team members.
  • Build relationships with institutional clients to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance Kraken’s brand presence.
  • Promote Kraken’s full product suite to new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in trading environments or traditional finance sales.
  • Experience in a crypto company is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide solutions.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency regulations.
  • Strong network in financial services, focusing on institutional clients.
  • Innovative and willing to take calculated risks.
  • Passion for the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Located in LATAM (Mexico or Brazil), fluent in English and Spanish.
