General Manager, Embed and Ramp - Remote

Overview

As a fully remote company, Kraken is expanding how crypto reaches end users by hiring a General Manager, Embed and Ramp to own and scale Kraken Embed and Kraken Ramp.

In Short

• Own the overall success of Kraken Embed and Ramp, including strategy, adoption, revenue growth, and partner outcomes.
• Act as the GM and business owner for these services, with accountability for results.
• Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap in partnership with product and engineering teams.
• Drive go-to-market execution including pricing, packaging, and distribution strategy.
• Work closely with Sales leadership to support pipeline development and strategic account growth.
• Engage with partners and prospective clients through sales calls and industry events.
• Build relationships across banks, neobanks, and fintech platforms.
• Lead and develop a growing team across product and engineering.
• Align closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations.
• Define and track success metrics across adoption, volume, and revenue.

Requirements

• Senior leader with experience in B2B or B2B2C product or services business.
• Strong commercial instincts with experience building sales pipelines.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with regulated financial services or crypto platforms.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive execution.
• Externally credible leader who enjoys client engagement.
• People leader who can scale teams thoughtfully.
