Overview

As the Chief Operating Officer for Kraken Canada, you will oversee the operational execution of our Canadian business, blending hands-on product delivery with strategic oversight.

• Act as the functional COO for Kraken Canada, managing day-to-day operations and regulatory audits.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations or general management in fintech or crypto.
• Proven track record in launching products in regulated environments.
• Strong cross-functional execution skills.
• Fluency in crypto-native operations and financial operations.
• Comfortable interpreting regulations and mapping to business processes.
• Able to navigate fast-changing environments with clarity.
• Excellent communication skills across various audiences.
