Overview

Kraftblock GmbH is an innovative B2B greentech company based in Sulzbach, Saar, Germany. We develop modular high-temperature energy storage systems that efficiently harness industrial waste heat and renewable energies – for a sustainable, climate-neutral future. To expand our marketing and communication's team, we are looking for you – a motivated individual with an interest in strategic communications. You already have some professional experience or can draw on a high degree of practical experience during your training or studies. Our target group is broad, from energy suppliers to vertical industrial sectors, in Germany, Europe, and worldwide. Our marketing is accordingly challenging and varied. In Short

• You will support us in the strategic implementation of marketing and communication measures with the aim of lead generation.
• You will create targeted product and company materials, such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.
• You will curate, organize, and support trade fairs and events with various stakeholders.
• You will work with us to develop SEA and efficient advertising.
• You will gain experience in the energy and industry sectors and support us with content management.
• You can take on our internal communications and enhance our political communications.

Requirements

• Interest in strategic B2B communications in the energy and industrial sectors.
• Initial professional experience (1-2 years) related to email marketing, SEA, and content marketing.
• Creativity, initiative, personal responsibility, and a structured approach to work.
• Confident use of MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe is a plus.
• Enjoyment of teamwork and the desire to make a difference in a dynamic environment.
• Very good English and/or German skills; other language skills are an advantage.
