The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating costs for hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities, ensuring competitive and accurate bids. This role requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with project managers and clients.

• Initiates new business opportunities with current and new clients.
• Maintains customer relationship management tool in Quickbase.
• Leads team in a motivating manner and prepares operational reports.
• Creates and manages project estimates and budgets.
• Maintains communication with staff and vendors for project scope.
• Generates and manages project schedules.
• Assists HR with employee retention and resource planning.
• Travels 25% for site visits and project management.
• Ensures project quality and compliance with company standards.
• Reviews and manages project contracts and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 7-10 years of construction estimating experience, 5 years in healthcare.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines effectively.
