Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Unit Manager to lead and oversee our equipment installation division, responsible for new business development, strategic planning, operational management, team leadership, and financial performance within the business unit.

• Support employee retention and resource planning efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in equipment installation or related fields.
• 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Expertise in installation processes and project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
