Senior Consultant - Soft Controls Auditor - Remote

Overview

Soft controls play a crucial role in the success of organizations, and as a soft controls auditor, you are the link that connects these elements! As a member of our dynamic Governance Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) department, you focus on mapping and managing behavioral risks. You will work closely with our external audit colleagues to systematically integrate culture and behavior into the annual audit.

Our work includes investigating, analyzing, and advising on soft controls. You do this by facilitating workshops, conducting culture audits, and guiding auditors in understanding organizational culture. Your tasks include delivering inspiring training and workshops, conducting interviews, developing and analyzing surveys, and writing reports and memos.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a field such as (business) economics, business administration, or accountancy.
• At least 3 years of work experience in research or audits.
• Preferred if you hold RA, RO, or RE titles.
• Demonstrable affinity with the subject of culture and auditing.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.

• Gross monthly salary between €3,965 and €5,050, depending on your work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a home office allowance of €2.40 per working day.
