As an Associate Director in KPMG’s Workplace Relations Advisory team, you’ll work across a diverse range of clients and industries to deliver tailored solutions that address complex workforce and industrial relations challenges.

In Short

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Employment Law, HR, or Industrial Relations.
• Understanding of Australian industrial relations and relevant laws.
• Ability to translate industrial relations into actionable advice.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• High attention to detail.
