We do this across the Kota Platform - the world’s first fully integrated benefits platform and Kota Embed - our embedded insurance and retirement product for platforms. Our mission is to make insurance and benefits more accessible and delightful to this generation of employees.

• Join Kota’s Customer Platform team as a Senior Engineer.
• Build and maintain user interfaces for health, pension, and insurance services.
• Use modern frameworks like Remix and React Router.
• Focus on delivering polished, reliable, and responsive UIs.
• Collaborate across teams to ship new features quickly.
• Shape frontend architecture and performance.
• Ensure a top-notch user experience.
• Participate in technical planning and code reviews.
• Own your code all the way to production.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building modern web apps using React.
• Strong attention to UI quality and performance.
• Great taste in design and UX.
• Comfortable in fast-moving teams with ambiguity.
• Ability to make decisions and lead architecture.
• Experience owning features end-to-end.
• Bonus: Experience with design systems or customer-facing financial products.
