Overview

The Junior Accounts Payable Specialist will manage daily AP operations for KOSTAL entities, focusing on process efficiencies and key control implementations.

In Short

• Transition accounting processes from European entities to Hungary.
• Handle invoice receipt, verification, and processing.
• Manage outgoing payment processing and expense claims.
• Perform AP closing and periodical activities.
• Identify and resolve issues, focusing on process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to service levels and internal controls.
• Engage with stakeholders to develop professional relationships.

• Maintain and update process manuals and work instructions.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in AP.
• Basic understanding of the procure to pay process.
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP FI Module and Dynamics 365.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proactive and outcome-focused attitude.
• Reliable and responsible for deliverables.
