Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage and facilitate customer payments, ensuring accurate financial information is communicated to stakeholders while maintaining account balances and resolving disputes.

In Short

• Facilitate and post third-party customer payments.
• Provide financial information to internal and external parties.
• Manage credit, invoicing, and incoming payment processing.
• Handle customer disputes and collection management.
• Involved in the transition of accounting processes to Hungary.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain and update process manuals and work instructions.
• Engage with stakeholders to develop professional relationships.
• Ensure adherence to service levels and internal controls.
• Be an ambassador for the organization towards customers.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance operations, particularly in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in a customer-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of SAP FI Module.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proactive and outcome-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated individual.
