Koralplay is seeking a CRM Executive for the LATAM region, responsible for planning and implementing CRM marketing campaigns, monitoring performance, and enhancing customer engagement.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing in the iGaming industry.
• Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, with excellent English skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
