IT Support Technician - Remote

Overview

The IT Support Technician will provide first-line support for IT hardware, software, and systems for both on-site and remote employees, ensuring efficient operation and troubleshooting of IT issues.

Requirements

• 1+ years of IT support experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools required.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software systems.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, with Spanish or Dutch as a plus.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of networking concepts.
