Overview

As the Manager of the Affiliate Network at Kooth, you will support the Director of Off Platform in managing partner relationships and enhancing care coordination processes for Soluna Service Users.

In Short

• Lead the implementation and improvement of the Soluna Affiliate Network.
• Oversee the full cycle of Affiliate Network growth and partner management.
• Develop and lead meetings to maintain partner engagement.
• Manage the Soluna Findhelp resource database.
• Collaborate with Integration and Partnerships teams for relationship referrals.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve services.
• Track and report on Affiliate Network development and performance.
• Identify gaps in service coverage.
