Sales Manager - Affiliate Network - Remote

Overview

Join our team as a Sales Manager in Europe and take your career to the next level. You will report directly to the Head of Operations and lead the process of finding, building, and closing profitable deals for the company.

In Short

• Work closely with the Line Manager to set up quarterly and yearly targets for the Advertising team.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with top advertisers.
• Negotiate contracts and identify new opportunities.
• Create and share regular reports on campaign performance.
• Represent the company at international industry conferences.
• Mentor junior level staff.
• Work with the Affiliate Team to unlock new revenue streams.
• Develop and execute new business strategy aligned with revenue targets.
• Maintain an efficient CRM database.

Requirements

• English fluency is a must.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of different traffic types and business models.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build reports in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Ability to manage and coach junior team members.
