Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Komodo Health, you will play a vital role in transforming healthcare data into products and services, ensuring technical support throughout the customer lifecycle.

In Short

• Understand Komodo’s Healthcare Map and suite of products.
• Execute customer product delivery against schedule and quality.
• Develop, test, document, and train on proven workstreams.
• Scope and solution workflows to deliver value.
• Facilitate data conversations with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Engage with internal stakeholders across various teams.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve customer requests.
• Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Handle competing priorities with a customer-centric mindset.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical issue resolution.
• Knowledge of data queries (SQL) and database concepts.
• Experience with technical end-users and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under pressure.
