In Short

  • Lead and evolve KOHO’s AML and ATF frameworks.
  • Design, implement, and maintain AML policies and strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to embed AML best practices.
  • Conduct AML risk assessments and develop strategic plans.
  • Design rules within AML monitoring systems.
  • Source and implement new AML monitoring technologies.
  • Monitor changes in AML/ATF regulations.
  • Provide training on AML policies and systems.
  • Lead AML audits and regulatory examinations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AML compliance or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian AML regulations.
  • Experience in designing AML policies and risk assessments.
  • Hands-on experience with AML monitoring systems.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into policies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications like CAMS or CFCS are a plus.
