Overview

The Human Resources Compliance and Employee Relations Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing company-wide HR compliance, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and promoting a respectful work environment.

Requirements

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of HR experience focused on compliance.
  • Experience managing HR-related projects.
  • Knowledge of employment laws across multiple states.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
