The Director of Education and Koder Success at KODE will lead educational initiatives, support coding staff, and ensure compliance with coding standards in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Health Information Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in medical coding within an acute care setting.
• Strong knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations.
• Experience in research of payer policies.
• Ability to create CEU certified presentations.
• Certifications: CPC, CCS, CCS-P, or RHIT.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in coding software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
