Overview

The Implementation Procurement Manager will play a crucial role in driving NAPA’s merchandising and procurement strategies, focusing on managing the end-to-end procurement process and achieving cost savings across various product categories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience in retail and automotive aftermarket preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement principles.
  • Experience in contracts terms and negotiation.
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel as required.
