Klarsolar GmbH is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – North-West Region (m/f/d). Area of operation: Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, Bremen, Hamburg.

In Short

  • Lead and manage sales representatives in your sales area.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Train, recruit, and onboard new sales representatives to ensure our quality standards.
  • Analyze sales figures and report to management.
  • Work closely with marketing, product management, and operations for process optimization.

Requirements

  • Completed studies, commercial training, or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of management experience with employed and freelance sales personnel.
  • Ideally experience in the photovoltaic industry and sales knowledge.
  • Independent, structured working style with high customer and solution orientation.
  • Strong communication skills, motivation, initiative, and fluent German.
