In Short

• Review and approve all initial certifications for lease-up communities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to onsite team members.
• Independently manage initial lease-up portfolio files.
• Maintain a Weekly Unit Qualifying Report.
• Develop and implement training sessions.
• Create and maintain initial eligibility spreadsheets.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state program requirements.
• Assist with policy development for initial lease-up communities.
• Monitor deadlines and report to the Compliance Director.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• HCCP and COS designations are a must.
• Knowledge of HUD programs including Section 8, Section 236, and Section 42.
• Experience with Yardi software is preferred.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Capability to research and implement compliance programs.
• Language and math skills for effective communication and data interpretation.
