In Short

• Lead and manage multi-site apartment property personnel.
• Oversee regional portfolio performance to achieve strategic and budget objectives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to Senior Management.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for all properties.
• Manage property expenditures and adherence to capital expenditure policy.
• Collaborate with development, construction, and accounting teams.
• Provide relief management to on-site offices as needed.
• Conduct site visits monthly.
• Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

• Four-year degree from an accredited college preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of multi-site property management experience required.
• HCCP designation preferred; Section 42 experience required.
• Strong language, math, and reasoning skills.
• Intermediate MS Office skills; experience with property management software like Yardi.
• Ability to travel across a 9-state radius in the U.S.
