Overview

As a Senior Accountant at Bluesight, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and preparing monthly financial reports, contributing to the financial growth of a high-growth healthcare information technology company.

In Short

• Establish proficiency in entering transactions into a general ledger accounting system.
• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Lead Accounts Receivable efforts including collections and reporting.
• Create invoices in compliance with customer contracts.
• Reconcile spreadsheets to find variances between data sources.
• Support audit compliance through organized responses to audit requests.
• Analyze ledger account activity, including budget variance analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate information.

Requirements

• 4+ years related work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related area.
• Prior experience with a general ledger package, NetSuite preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work well with the team and independently.
• NetSuite and Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Attention to detail and effective multi-tasking skills.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
