Overview

Bluesight is seeking an experienced Director, Financial Revenue Operations to enhance commercial performance and reporting within a high-growth healthcare IT company.

In Short

• Support Revenue Operations & Sales Organization with Reporting & Analysis.
• Manage topline and sales forecasts, budgets, and key metrics.
• Implement and manage financial & commercial systems.
• Develop management reporting and executive-level communications.
• Review customer contracts to identify performance obligations.
• Prepare selling price analyses.
• Continuously improve revenue model and reporting.
• Review Sales processes for improvements and automation.
• Support Sales & Finance departments on initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of FP&A or Revenue Operations experience in SaaS.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives.
• Expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Extensive financial modeling experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficient with financial analysis metrics.
