Requirements

• Expertise in developing complex web applications with React, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or willingness to learn.
• Ability to execute complex projects independently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Experience in mentoring and teaching other engineers.
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in AI and its applications in development.
• Ability to work with legacy codebases and perform migrations.
• Experience with user-facing features and design systems is a plus.
