Overview

The Manager of Compensation and Performance Management will be responsible for managing and implementing compensation strategies and performance management systems that align with the organization's goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field
  • Progressive experience in compensation and total rewards
  • Experience with FLSA guidelines
  • PHR or SHRM Certification
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of compensation practices
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management tools
  • Ability to lead change management initiatives
  • Knowledge of HR management policies and procedures
