Overview

As Product Analyst in Product Analytics, you will fuel our data-driven decision-making through creating dashboards, reports, and analyses on product usage and adoption.

In Short

Deliver insights to inform product and engineering decisions.
Build dashboards to analyze trends and product usage.
Develop product-level metrics in collaboration with product managers.
Conduct user research to inform quantitative metrics.
Work closely with Customer Success Ops for better customer understanding.
Partner with various teams to enhance product knowledge.

Requirements

2-5 years in a product role with data-driven insights experience.
Working knowledge of Salesforce.
Strong technical acumen for collaboration with engineers.
Detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
