Seeking a highly experienced Web Engineer with expertise in building dynamic web applications using React.
Play a pivotal role in shaping the product and defining the technical roadmap.
Serve as technology lead and own key decisions regarding the tech stack.
Work directly with co-founders, CTO, product designers, and engineers.
Help establish and grow the engineering organization.
Mentor the next generation of technology leaders.
Access to world-class technical advisors for mentorship.
5+ years of experience in web application development required.
Experience in architecting scalable frontend solutions.
Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend tools.

Requirements

5+ years of experience building web applications using React.
Experience in architecting scalable frontend solutions and integrating with backend APIs.
Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend tools (e.g., Webpack, Tailwind).
Skilled in performance optimization for smooth web experiences.
Experience building scalable and reusable UI components.
Strong attention to detail in UI design and understanding of consumer-facing UX.
Demonstrated success as a tech lead on critical projects.
Prior experience at a high-growth stage company.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for consumer products.
Ability to make difficult technical tradeoff decisions.
