Trainee/Junior AI Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive Trainee/Junior AI Engineer to analyze client business processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement AI-driven solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design optimized workflows and deploy AI agents using platforms like Zapier, Make.com, and n8n. You’ll integrate tools such as CRM, ERP, Notion, Slack, Gmail, Hubspot, and ensure smooth rollouts through testing and continuous improvement.

You will be working on our internal product, focused on process optimization and automation for clients.

• Test, monitor, and fine-tune AI agents for reliability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product, development, and client teams.
• 0.6 — 1 year of experience with no-code / low-code automation platforms.
• Solid understanding of automation workflows, APIs, REST, and webhooks.
• Basic experience with AI/LLMs and prompt engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with Python or Node.js is a plus.
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability.

Requirements

• 0.6 — 1 year of hands-on experience with no-code / low-code automation platforms.
• Solid understanding of automation workflows, APIs, REST, and webhooks.
• Basic experience with AI/LLMs, including prompt engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with Python or Node.js for scripting or custom integrations (a plus).
• Analytical mindset and ability to design scalable automation flows.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
