Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance Manager at KIND will assist in financial planning and analysis, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial policies while working remotely.

In Short

• Responsible for financial planning and analysis of KIND’s resources and budgets.
• Perform complex analysis and interpretation of fiscal data.
• Assist in implementing budgetary policies and procedures.
• Identify and reconcile budgetary discrepancies.
• Monitor financial compliance with funders and KIND policies.
• Conduct revenue forecasts and suggest strategies to boost revenue.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage general ledger.
• Collaborate with the Controller for audit preparation.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Work effectively in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in accounting, finance, or similar field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills required.
• Understanding of charts of accounts and financial statements.
• Experience with US government funded programs required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
