Requirements

  • At least 1 year of homeowners insurance experience
  • Active P&C licensure in your state
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record in sales and negotiation
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus
  • Ability to adhere to metrics and schedules
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and telephone software
  • Bonus: Licensed in California or Surplus Lines License
