• Educate customers on coverage options to protect their homes.
• Must be available for various shifts and complete a mandatory training period.
• Applications accepted on an ongoing basis for the June 9, 2025 Sales class.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of homeowners insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Active P&C licensure in your state of residence.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record as a closer with strong negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to use multiple platforms.
• Bonus: Licensed in California and/or Surplus Lines License.
