We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Adoptions & RFP Manager to lead content development initiatives and manage the proposal generation process.

In Short

• Lead and monitor the proposal development process for RFPs.
• Manage the end-to-end proposal development process.
• Coordinate team efforts and evaluate proposals for improvement.
• Produce high-quality documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy or technical writing.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills required.
• Familiarity with RFP software and business analysis tools.
• Ability to synthesize technical information into clear content.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Knowledge of APMP best practices preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years in content strategy, technical writing, or proposal development.
• Success in managing complex RFP processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with RFP software (e.g., Loopio, Rfpio).
• Ability to create persuasive content.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with grant writing processes.
• Knowledge of APMP best practices preferred.
