Kiddom is transforming how K–12 schools and districts engage with high-quality curriculum through a flexible, digital-first platform. We are seeking a Product Operations Associate to manage our Master Product List and ensure product accuracy across multiple systems.

In Short

• Own and manage the Master Product List cleanup project.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain product accuracy.
• Implement strong product data hygiene practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communicator able to bridge technical and business needs.
• Proactive problem solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets and databases; SQL is a plus.

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, finance, or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.

• Ability to manage complex datasets.
