PO / Technical Lead (iGaming Experience) - Remote

Khantech is an IT startup dedicated to redefining the iGaming experience with cutting-edge technology and creative solutions. We are a team of Engineers, Designers, and gaming enthusiasts working remotely within Europe and Asia or in-house in our UAE/Dubai premises.

In Short

• Lead development of core iGaming features and systems.
• Collaborate with product/design on tech solutions.
• Plan and manage technical roadmaps and delivery.
• Break down tasks and manage dependencies.
• Mentor and enforce code quality.
• Hire, coach, and mentor engineers.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
• Conduct regular team meetings to maintain alignment.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical projects and working closely with product teams.
• Must have a background in iGaming.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect various tech pieces.
• Experienced in task breakdown and technical roadmap planning.
• Strong ability to balance technical leadership and product ownership.
